Return & Exchange Policy

At Luxe Intimates Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Hosiery and tights in unopened packaging only

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel (bras, panties, lingerie sets) that have been worn or had tags removed
  • Opened hosiery or tights packages
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package items securely with all original tags and packaging
  5. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing issues on your first exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
